EXPERIENCED SALES NEGOTIATOR
We are a busy independent Estate Agents specialising in the sale of a wide range of Waterside properties throughout the Norfolk Broads.
We now have an exciting opportunity for an Experienced Sales Negotiator to join our well-established team, a role that has the potential to be instrumental in helping to shape and drive our business in the years ahead.
The role will include responsibilities for:
· Dealing with the full range of client enquiries
· Delivering the very highest level of customer care
· Organising and carrying out viewing appointments
· Arranging marketing appraisals
· Handling offers, negotiating sales
· Maintaining a client bank
· Providing vendors with regular marketing updates
· Creating social media posts and helping to create virtual tours.
· There will also be scope for involvement in the holiday letting side of the business.
Previous Estate Agency experience is required with a minimum 2 years’ service preferred.
The successful candidate will be friendly, positive, outgoing, and professional, an excellent communicator, with a strong work ethic. A full driving licence and use of your own car is essential.
· Hours of work: 9am -5pm – 5 days a week including regular Saturdays
· Free on-site parking
· Business Mileage Allowance
· Employee life cover (After 6-month eligibility period)
· Salary Package In the region £27,000 – £32,500 OTE (Depending on experience)

TRAINEE SALES NEGOTIATOR
We are a busy independent Estate Agents specialising in the sale of a wide range of Waterside properties throughout the Norfolk Broads.
We now have an exciting opportunity for a Trainee Sales Negotiator to join our well-established team.
Previous Estate Agency experience is not required with extensive training provided in post, although some customer facing experience would be beneficial.
The role will work towards:
· Dealing with the full range of client enquiries
· Delivering the highest level of customer care
· Organising and carrying out viewing appointments
· Arranging marketing appraisals
· Maintaining a client bank
· Providing vendors with regular marketing updates
· Creating social media posts and helping to create virtual tours.
· There will also be scope for involvement in the holiday letting side of the business.
